What's on Our 2026 Thanksgiving Table (and How We Chose It)

The Thanksgiving table is a crowded, happy place. There's the turkey everyone's been waiting for, the sides that have to be exactly right, and then, finally, dessert. That's where we come in.

Our 2026 Thanksgiving menu is open for orders starting today. Here's what's on it, why we chose it, and everything you need to know to get your order in.

The Dates to Know

  • Order by: Wednesday, November 18

  • Pickup: Wednesday, November 25, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

Picking up the day before Thanksgiving means your desserts are in your kitchen, ready to go, while you're busy with everything else.

(Cakes are available for pickup any date this fall.)

How We Think About a Holiday Menu

When we build a holiday menu, we're not trying to offer everything. We're trying to make sure there's something for every kind of table: the traditionalist who wants a perfect apple pie, the guest who goes straight for chocolate, the family that wants something showstopping in the center, and the kids who just want a cupcake.

We also want everyone at that table to be able to enjoy dessert. That's why gluten-free options are available across much of this menu, and dairy-free options are available for our pies. Our macarons are always gluten-free, and cupcakes have vegan options as always. (Details are with each item below.)

So we start with the classics people expect, give a few of them a small twist, add a few fan favorites that deserve a spot on the table, and finish with a couple of cakes that make a statement. Everything is scratch-made and handmade here in our kitchen.

The Pies

Apple Pie with Salted Caramel Drizzle. The pie everyone expects, with a little extra: a salted caramel drizzle that adds richness and a hint of salt to every slice.

Chocolate Pecan Pie. A twist on a holiday classic. We use Belgian chocolate and a touch of cinnamon for a deeper, warmer flavor that still tastes like Thanksgiving.

Both pies are also available gluten-free and dairy-free.

Something Creamy

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars. Pumpkin pie as a cheesecake is a fan favorite, and it's one of those desserts everyone needs to experience at least once. In bar form, it's also easy to serve.

Small Bites for Every Guest

The Fall Cupcake Collection (gluten-free or vegan options available)

  • Vanilla

  • Chocolate

  • Pumpkin with Cream Cheese

  • Apple Cinnamon (made with freshly grated apples)

  • Vanilla Chai Spice

  • Salted Caramel

The Fall Macaron Collection (always gluten-free)

  • Cinnamon Bun

  • Pumpkin Pie

  • Apple Pie

  • Maple Brown Sugar

  • Tiramisu

  • Salted Caramel

Cupcakes and macarons are a good fit for a full table because everyone can find a flavor they love, and there's no need to cut or plate anything.

The Centerpiece Cakes

The Caramel Orchard. Our apple cinnamon cake, finished with a caramel drip and dehydrated apples. Its warm spice flavor tastes like fall.

The Pumpkin Tiramisu. This one speaks for itself.

The Harvest Basket. Covered in fresh seasonal florals and fruit, this cake is a showstopper. If you want one dessert that gets people to stop and look before they eat, this is it.

Gluten-free options are available for The Harvest Basket.
