Part of the magic of Sage Cakery, is that we bake entirely from scratch. In this workshop, you will get to see a baking demonstration (vanilla cake). with step by step commentary on why each step is important, and how the science of baking works. After the baking demonstration you will frost 6 cupcakes to take home with you, alongside your new understanding of the science behind how they were made.
