Vanilla

Chocolate

Chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream.  Death by chocolate?  No, we say chocolate is life. (GF | V | GF+V)

Red Velvet

Rich and dreamy crimson velvet cake filled with cream cheese frosting.  (V)

Lemon w/ Lemon Curd

Made with loads of fresh squeezed lemon juice, this is a densely delicious cake.

Cookies n’ Cream

Our vanilla cake batter packed with crushed oreos, filled with oreo crumbled American buttercream.  (GF | V)

Peanut Butter Dream

A Reese’s lover’s dream.  Our chocolate cake filled with our rich and creamy peanut butter buttercream. (GF | V | GF+V)

Cardamom Pear w/ Cream Cheese

Pureed pears accented with freshly ground cardamom.  This flavor is bright and uplifting in any season. (GF | V)

Blackberry Sage w/ Meringue Buttercream

Our most savory flavor, and our most popular.  Blackberry puree paired with freshly chopped sage for this well-balanced signature flavor. (GF | V)

Orange Ginger

Like our lemon cake, this cake is packed with hand squeezed orange juice, teamed up with grated and ground ginger.  It’s delightfully fresh.

Ferrero Rocher (Chocolate Hazelnut)

Our chocolate cake filled with Nutella buttercream for our spin on this classic flavor. (GF)

Opera Torte (Almond Cappuccino)

Our delicious almond cake syruped with espresso and filled with cappuccino buttercream a drizzle of chocolate ganache. (GF | V | GF+V)

Cinnamon Bun

Our cinnamon bun filling swirled into vanilla cake batter makes this dream cake truly taste like a cinnamon bun.  Filled with brown sugar buttercream.  (GF | V | GF+V)

Earl Grey

Earl Grey tea infused into our vanilla cake.  A subtle but sweet London Fog dream come true.  (GF | V)

Carrot w/ Cream Cheese

Finely chopped carrots and pecans fill this deliciously moist classic.  Filled with cream cheese frosting.

Spring Flavors

Lemon Elderflower

Our fresh and zesty lemon cake filled with elderflower buttercream.

Maple Fenugreek w/ Candied Bacon

Did someone say Maple and Bacon?  Yes we did, need we really say more?  (GF)

Lemon Raspberry

Our fresh lemon cake filled with its most popular summer partner, our imported Italian Raspberry Jam. 

Summer Flavors

Strawberry

Made with fresh local strawberries, a crowd pleaser all summer long.  (And a fan favorite being longed for all winter.) Filled with strawberry cream cheese.

Peach Coriander

Pureed peaches paired with freshly ground coriander.  An upgrade to the classic, peaches and cream.  (GF | V)

Honey Lavender

Fresh local lavender and fresh local honey baked right into this batch of love.  (GF)

Passion Colada

House made pineapple jam, and coconut packed into these cake layers that are then filled with our passionfruit curd. This cake is a tropical delight!  (GF | V)


Fall Flavors

(August 15th - November 15th)

Pumpkin w/ Cream Cheese

Pumpkin puree mixed in with all of the flavors of fall.  Get all warm and fuzzy inside.  (GF+V)

Apple Cinnamon

Local Maryland apples are grated and packed into this seasonal fall favorite.  Filled with dreamy vanilla buttercream.

Turmeric Vanilla Chai Latte

Tazo chai tea infused into our vanilla cake batter, accompanied by a seasonal turmeric spice blend for all the fall feels.  Filled with cream cheese frosting. (GF | V | GF+V)

Salted Caramel

Our house made creamy caramel swirled into the batter, filled with salted caramel buttercream and a caramel drizzle.  (GF)

Winter Flavors

(November 15 - February 29th)

Gingerbread w/ Cream Cheese

Rich molasses and ginger make up this memorable winter classic.  Filled with cream cheese frosting.

Peppermint Patty

Our chocolate cake filled with peppermint infused buttercream.  Reminiscent of a York classic. (GF | V | GF+V)

Hot Chocolate w/ Marshmallow Buttercream

Our chocolate cake warmed up with a touch of cinnamon, filled with ooey gooey marshmallow buttercream. (GF)

Rosemary Fig

The rosemary in this cake really gives us the winter feels.  Made with Fig Jam from our friends at Pumpernickel + Rye. (GF)

*NEW* Orange Cranberry

Fresh squeeze orange juice and rough chopped cranberries make this cake a fresh but wintery delight. Filled with cranberry compote, it’s fruity with a touch of holiday cheer.
