  • How soon should I book?

    • We ask for a minimum of two weeks notice for our predesign options, and recommend of 4-6 weeks notice for custom orders. We recommend that you book as early as possible to ensure your date is still available. We will take orders as early as 6 months out. We recommend booking your wedding with us 9-18 months out.

  • What are the available pickup hours?

    • Tuesday - Friday 10am-5:30pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

    • Sunday & Mondays - Closed, No pickups

  • DOES Sage Cakery DELIVER?

    • Yes! We require a $250 product minimum for delivery, with the delivery fee starting at $75. (Cost based on round trip mileage from the bakery.)

  • should i refrigerate my cake?

    • Cake is most enjoyable when served at room temperature, and should be left out 3-4 hours after pickup to thaw completely before serving. If you need us to pre-thaw your cake for you, simply give us a call that morning and let us know! (Keep in mind that cakes travel best cold, so plan to pickup early and thaw at home when possible.) If you are picking up a smash cake for a tiny human, let us know so that we can pre-thaw it for you so it’s nice and soft for your little to smash into.

    • Refrigerate any leftovers and bring your next serving to room temp before enjoying.

  • Do you offer options for those with allergies and dietary preferences.

    • We do! We have Vegan & GF options for lots of our menu! Most of our products are nut free. While doing our best to avoid cross contamination, please note that we do process wheat, soy, nuts, milk, eggs and other allergens in our facility. You agree to notify your guests and hold us harmless for any allergic reaction.

  • Can i cancel my order?

    • At this time we do not allow cancellations of custom orders for refunds, however we are happy to hold a credit for you should you need to cancel or reschedule your event.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    • Absolutely! However all changes must be made prior to the 7 day mark. No changes are guaranteed to be accepted within 7 days of your event.

  • Cake decorating is an art, and an organic creative process. Sage Cakery will execute your design requests as closely as possible. Absolutely, under no circumstances will a refund, credit, discounts, or replacement be given for completed work.  

  • Sage Cakery will do everything possible to create and safely deliver your order. If we deliver, once delivery and setup is complete, we release all liability. If you or your representative elects to pick up your order, Sage Cakery is released of all liability once the order has left our shop.
